I traveled to Paris last summer, this time a real holiday, with my mother. As she does not speak the language (me neither really, barely coped with the ordering) and completely relied on my parenting, she had no say on POI whatsoever, I decided which are the points of interest. So we visited Oscar Wilde.
Although a public cemetery is not exactly what Chinese tourists' most fanciable site in the morning, or at all, my mom agreed it was a tranquil and pleasant walk. While I could not decide to have Lady Windermere's Fan or De Profundis in my mind, I snapped this shot with my leaking Pentax LX. Not even close to his monument, but it always brings me back to the day, under the rinsed sky.
